Requested information about purchasing a container, Chrissie and the team were really helpful. We have access issues so sent photos and they confirmed all would be OK. Ordered a lined unit and it was delivered in under two weeks, amazing fitting of lining kit. Definitely worth the extra! Wagon got into property with a bit of shunting too! Great company and people to deal with, highly recommended!

Having had a container from Unit three months ago we had no hesitation in requesting up to date pricing when we needed another. Everything was dealt with very quickly (thanks Chrissie) another fully insulated container was delivered quickly and positioned perfectly (thanks Tom). Very happy second purchase! Thanks!

We’ve hired over 20 containers from Georgie at Unit Group, and the experience has been exceptional every time. Georgie is always professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend Unit Group for reliable container hire!

Unit managed to source a 12ft towable container for me at short notice. Container was on time and they collected it when I needed them to. Lisa made it easy to order what I needed. Will be using them again.

So please that I found UNIT GROUP. I have been a builder for 35 years, Over this time I've have had Containers and Thousands of Skips and deliveries. I have to say that this company was great. From the Lady Lisa that I spoke with could not have been more helpful and the delivery driver Dan was also great. There was no rush no panic and the container had to be landed exactly on 4 concrete piers. No problems at all. Thanks so much all.

Unit Hire was recommended to me by a neighbour who used them 12 years ago. The service has been outstanding from the moment I enquired and Lisa Jones has been excellent, possibly the best customer service I have received in a long time. She went out of her way to answer questions, find information, check the delivery and all went very smoothly. The delivery driver was also very pleasant and helpful. The container is also smart and clean. I had called a couple of other companies, as we will be renting a container for c 10 months, but neither cared about securing my business like Lisa did (and I don't mean that in a sales/pressurising me to make a decision way, she just cared about the quality of the customer service she was giving). Would 100% recommend Unit Hire.

Lisa was brilliant. She kept me updated at all times regarding the delivery date. The unit was painted and in good condition prior to delivery. The designated courier was also good and kept me informed of his progress and delivery time. Upon arrival, the unloading was quick and professionally carried out and he only left when we were happy with installation. I would quite happily use this company again and highly recommend them.

I purchased a 40ft High cube one trip from unit hire June 2022. The team at unit hire provided an excellent level of customer service and the best price by a long shot. Georgie Duke from Unit Hire helped me through my purchase and always pushed the boat out to meet my needs. She was friendly, professional, and worked hard to help me meet my budget. I would highly recommend this company!

We needed a container for our business and were completely inexperienced in knowing anything about them. Our first phone call was answered by Scott Yule, who remained our main point of contact throughout the entire process. He guided us through everything we needed to consider and helped us specify exactly what we wanted, an unusual 13ft non-standard size in a custom colour with an added personnel door.

Unit Group managed to build and ship it in less than two weeks, and it was delivered first thing on the morning they had promised. It was craned into position with millimetre accuracy in the area we had marked out. The container looks incredible and does the job perfectly.

Scott was exceptional throughout, his communication was fantastic, and the whole process was made so easy. If all companies operated to this standard, business in general would not only be easier but an absolute pleasure.

Thank you to the team at Unit Group, I couldn’t recommend you highly enough. If we ever need another container, we’ll certainly come directly to you.

Working with Georgie and her team was an absolute dream. She was massively responsive to all of my requests & gave me advice all the way along the process. For full transparency we didn't purchase the container in the end, as we chose a completely different solution for our needs - but if i were to buy a shipping container - this is the only company i would use. I carried out full due-dilligence on the business and was confident they were well priced, communicative and reliable.

We (Peerless Plastics & Coatings) cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Danny at Unit Hire. From the moment we reached out, Danny's quick and responsive communication made us feel like our needs were top priority. His dedication to customer service is truly exceptional.

Danny went above and beyond to ensure that our container was delivered right on time, perfectly aligned with our company needs. Even with his busy schedule, he took the time to conduct a site visit, which reassured us that everything would go smoothly on delivery day. His attention to detail and proactive approach made all the difference.

Thank you, Danny and the rest of the team and Unit Hire, for your outstanding service and for being such a pleasure to work with! We can't recommend you enough. Here's to many more successful collaborations in the future!!

Best,
The Peerless Plastics Team :)

UNIT Group have been very friendly and accommodating from the first contact right through to container delivery. Georgie was very attentive and patient during the decision phase and was very accommodating when I asked to visit their yard in Stanford-Le-Hope to discuss our requirements and take measurements. The containers were delivered on time and positioned extremely accurately!
